“One day Taylor called me and said ‘Zac brought some music to the studio today, so that’s new’ and he said ‘You know, this is just something that I may use for my own stuff, I don’t know, it doesn’t sound like Paramore…’ and Taylor was like ‘Dude, this is really cool. We can work with this.’. They sent it to me after they finished it together and I instantly knew that this song had to be about us. This song had to be about our friendship. Just all of us being together again and celebrating that we’ve grown up in a really crazy world and somehow our friendship has been able to survive that against all odds. This is the first time we’ve ever played this. This song is called Grudges.” (x)

Paramore is an American rock band from Franklin, Tennessee, formed in 2004. The band currently consists of lead vocalist Hayley Williams, guitarist Taylor York and drummer Zac Farro .
